J.B. Henry Capital Management prides itself in providing our investors with increased investment security, account transparency, and access to their money on a daily basis. Traditional hedge funds have long operated as opaque, secretive institutions, where capital could be locked up for months and transparency is often limited to monthly paper statements, making the potential for fraud a significant concern.

Third Party Custody Of Assets

Managed accounts are held in the investor's name at an independent FCM (Futures Commission Merchant). All FCMs must be licensed with both the NFA and CFTC. All FCMs must act as an effective intermediary between the investor and money manager. We use PFG Best as our FCM. With Managed Accounts structure money managers do not have access to investors capital. Investors only authorize managers to place trades in the account (through the FCM) and collect agreed fees.
